By accessing and using the Presentuniqueiu website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Presentuniqueiu provides professional photography services including but not limited to:

• Private event photography
• Portrait sessions
• ID and official photos
• Personal branding photography
• Related photography services and products

Booking and Payments

All photography services require advance booking and may require a deposit to secure your date. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Full payment may be required before or at the time of service delivery, depending on the package selected.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with advance notice. Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session: full refund or rescheduling available
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the session: 50% refund or rescheduling available
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session: no refund, rescheduling subject to availability

Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs taken by Presentuniqueiu are protected by copyright. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Presentuniqueiu retains copyright to all images
• Clients receive a license to use images for personal purposes
• Commercial use requires additional licensing agreement
• Photographs may be used by Presentuniqueiu for portfolio and marketing purposes

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when booking services
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Obtaining necessary permissions for photography locations
• Ensuring all participants have consented to photography
• Following any guidelines or instructions provided by the photographer

Limitation of Liability

Presentuniqueiu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are typically delivered within 48-72 hours after the session, unless otherwise specified. Delivery methods may include online gallery, digital download, or USB drive. Rush delivery options are available at additional cost.

Modifications to Services

Presentuniqueiu reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Meridian, Idaho.
