Digital Products and Services

Due to the digital nature of our photography services, digital images and online galleries cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Revisions and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photographs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address concerns and may provide:

  • Additional editing or retouching
  • Color corrections or adjustments
  • Re-editing of selected images
  • Reshoots in cases of technical errors (subject to availability)

Physical Products

For physical products such as prints, photo books, or USB drives:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost
  • Provide a prepaid return label for damaged items
  • Process replacements within 3-5 business days

Service Cancellations

Cancellation policies for photography services vary based on timing:

  • More than 7 days before session: Full refund or rescheduling
  • 3-7 days before session: 50% refund or rescheduling
  • Less than 3 days before session: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Completed photography sessions
  • Delivered digital images and galleries
  • Rush processing fees
  • Travel expenses (unless service is cancelled by Presentuniqueiu)
  • Custom products that have entered production

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or session date
  • Reason for return or refund request
  • Photographs of damaged items (if applicable)
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or re-edit)
